Innovating Trail Research and Experiences in San Diego County Parks w/ Easy2Hike

The County of San Diego Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) is enhancing visiting experiences with an interactive mobile app using innovative tools by Easy2Hike. Using these tools, DPR is gaining insight on user behaviors, making smarter, data-driven decisions to increase visitor satisfaction. The tools seamlessly integrate with Esri products, including the long anticipated and recently released ‘Insights for ArcGIS’ product.
