A Smart Urban Watershed System for the City of Long Beach

A Smart Urban Watershed system was developed for the City of Long Beach. This system connected infrastructure, watersheds, and land use within GIS in order to produce dynamic storm run-off and dry-weather flow estimates at any point within the City. It provided the ability to create pipeline alternatives and cost estimates for capturing flow and redirecting dry-weather and storm flows to a large municipal water treatment plant.
