Maintaining accurate competitor data allows for better service area and patient analytics. By educating our Field Marketing team on Esri Collector and ArcGIS Online to gather and edit data, we provide multiple teams and Hospital Boards up-to-date stories regarding competitor impact. Examining temporal changes in competitors and trade areas allows each team to better plan marketing campaigns, assist in determining the necessity of a new facility, and provide more accurate data for decision making
