Urban Migration: Chicago Headquarters Relocation Analysis

Using data visualization, I was able to help our client make the decision to move their current suburban headquarters to downtown Chicago. Considerations in their decision included the retention of their current workforce, the attraction of young, educated talent, and access to transit. Using ESRI's software, I was able to demonstrate that a downtown office is a superior location option. Additionally, I presented a list of building options that are currently available to them as a relocation.
