Vision-Enthusiasm-Action: Building Momentum with Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS

Independence Township’s Department of Public Works recently implemented both Cityworks 15.2 and ArcGIS 10.5.1 Enterprise. By displaying metrics driven data through Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS, we provided valuable situational awareness at a glance. Using the dashboard as a motivational tool, and displaying it in a prominent area for everyone to see, we improved the level of service to our community and praised our team's accomplishments.
