ArcPro High Resolution Land Cover Classification in Pima County, Arizona

The Conservation Innovation Center has partnered with the Pima County Government to produce a high resolution land cover dataset for a study area in Pima County, AZ. The project utilized the classification tools in ArcPro 2.0 to produce land cover at 2ft resolution for the city of Tucson, and 1m resolution for the surrounding desert regions. This presentation will go over the workflow, successes, and challenges of high resolution mapping in a desert landscape.
