To strengthen its worldwide retail network, Pirelli and Value Lab developed a global location intelligence platform for all countries. The multi-country web tool, integrated with Pirelli DWH and CRM, shows POS’ info, geographic KPIs and allows to run complex network and what-if analysis. It helps all markets to control and improve performance, find best POS to affiliate, exploit market potential. The project also helped HQ to uniform metrics and KPIs, allowing retail analyses at the global level
