Developing an Automated Process to Analyze Condo Values in a 3D Environment

Boulder County Assessor's GIS staff works directly with our appraisers to improve data quality for property valuation. GIS staff has focused on 2D mapping support, but there is a growing need to visualize condominiums in a 3D environment. This requires that parcel and tabular data go through multiple geoprocessing steps. AGPro, ArcPy and AGOL are used to automate this process. The results are displayed in SceneViewer, allowing appraisers a more effective means of analyzing property values.
