GIS for Valuation: Using ArcPro and the R-ArcGIS Bridge for Equitable Valuations

Property Tax Assessors measure equity and uniformity of valuation models according to standards maintained by the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO). An overview of Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR)within the context of property valuation will be demonstrated with ArcGIS Pro using a Dakota County Minnesota as a case study. Assessment performance will be evaluated and demonstrated though the use of IAAO equity and uniformity standards and the R-ArcGIS bridge
