Coast Electric Power Association has deployed their GIS data to our field crews throughout the utility. This has allowed our field personal to leverage the detailed data of our GIS to perform Mutual Assistance, work outages during a hurricane, and instantaneously track and manage Avian Protection, all from the convenience of their iPad. In this presentation, we will discuss the benefits and best practices of mobilizing your GIS, combining the power of GIS with direct input from the field.
