Taxing Authorities (TA) are geo entities authorized to collect property taxes. TAs geography is often a complex, interwoven and with vibrant dynamics. This demanded modeling in GIS as conventional paper mapping has failed to manage. This manuscript details methods on TA mapping, design models to build relationships of tax tables with geography which automate the derivation of unique tax unit geography with their ID numbers and achieve accuracy continuously as they are progressively changing.
