Homeless Encampment Clean-Up Project

In a joint effort between Public Works, Community Services, PD, and IT, the City of Pomona is using ArcGIS to address the homelessness issue currently affecting the City. In January of this year (2017), Draw Tap GIS upgraded the City's GIS to Portal for ArcGIS and ArcGIS Online. Survey123, Collector, and Workforce for ArcGIS are now being used to allow end users in the field to conduct interviews, inventory storage, clean up illegally-built encampments, and track equipment and employees.
