A Winning Formula For Implementing an Enterprise Asset/Work Management System

The City of Kirkland, Washington successfully implemented its Enterprise Asset/work Management system in 2016-17, empowered by web and mobile solutions from ESRI and Lucity. More than 120 users from city business units use the system daily in the office and in the field, including three utilities, Streets, Transportation, Public Grounds, Parks, and Facilities. City staff used thorough business process analysis, focused sub-teams, and executive advocacy to achieve a positive project outcome.
