Communication in cities of any substantial size is challenging. Street closures, service interruptions, and work should be managed and communicated well and in real-time. Operations Dashboard provides the City of Waco with a communication tool that consolidates real-time municipal operations into one informative interface. The City of Waco’s journey from early adoption in the beta program to the development and implementation of Operations Dashboards for municipal operations will be presented.
