How Green is My City? A Total Esri Solution for Parks and Recreation

The City of Richmond, British Colombia (BC) struggled with a lack of technology to manage and understand park assets, infrastructure, and recreation user behavior and needs. Using an Esri enterprise license agreement (ELA), the city implemented a comprehensive GIS solution that introduces a new way of thinking and managing park assets. The Esri platform has re-engineered how the City of Richmond, Parks and Recreation conduct business.
