Extending Beyond the Traditional Health System - LLUH Wellness Map

In LLUH's pursuit to support patients as they develop & continue healthy habits, LLUH had a need for a user friendly, web-based wellness app that could be used by broad and non-tech users & built an early prototype for a community wellness map using an Esri WAB template integrated with GIS tech w/ inputs from the electronic health record (EHR) system. LLUH is deploying Esri capabilities to help transform it’s business, partnering with GISinc to create a more comprehensive service capability.
