PlanView: CA High-Speed Rail’s GIS Web Application for Planning and Integration

To meet the needs of planning in a fast-paced, fluid environment, the California High-Speed Rail (HSR) Authority developed PlanView, a web application created with Esri's ArcGIS for Server Advanced Enterprise and Latitude Geographic's GeoCortex Essentials. PlanView tracks projects that overlap with HSR and is a powerful repository for geospatial planning assets. With PlanView, planning staff stay informed of collaborative investment and engagement opportunities and can make effective decisions.
