In this case, before approaching our team, our client struggled to decipher the overwhelming amount of site selection data. ESRI’s Platform allowed us to pair proprietary and public data to perform a top-down analysis, narrowing options based on key performance indicators, as discussed in the expanded abstract below. <br /> By showcasing the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) geographically, we gave the client a better understanding of market dynamics on both a macro and micro level.
