Halifax Regional Municipality is a mature GIS organization, with several older custom-built GIS browser applications in use for several years which allowed users to browse and query spatial data. These applications are no longer supported, so new solutions were required. This presentation will review the process followed to develop, test and implement a new suite of organizational ArcGIS Online applications to staff across HRM, and describe some challenges met and overcome along the way.
