Best Practices for ArcGIS Online as an Emergency Management Situation Viewer

During the response to Hurricane Harvey in August 2017 the Texas Division of Emergency Management successfully deployed an ArcGIS Online Story Map as the primary viewer for displaying geospatial information related to the incident response. This work was accomplished with extensive support from the ESRI Emergency Response Team and support from dozens of state and federal agency partners.
