The Maternity Services Viewer (MSV) – Improving Rural Patient Discharge Process

The MSV was developed in response to a clearly identified problem of mothers and babies residing in rural areas ‘falling though the cracks' once discharged from major hospitals and resulting in near misses and/or poor health outcomes. It is simple, uncluttered and intuitive mapping interface, caters to staff from a range of technical backgrounds and capabilities. Tools and workflows implemented within the MSV provide clinicians multiple methods of obtaining related information quickly and easily
