Developing a World Wide Web Server to Distribute Redistricting Plans

The Department of Justice (DOJ) is required by law to provide Redistricting Plan(s) to the public upon request. To facilitate the process in a cost effective and timely manner, DOJ is utilizing the World Wide Web (WWW) to distribute these plans to the public. This paper discusses the system architecture required to support the WWW server and the procedures to implement the system.
