Cellular Information System

This paper describes the application carried out by Telefonica for the integration of different information sources (radio coverages, network measurements, cartographic information, etc.) into a database system. The system has been developed using a client/server architecture and it encompasses a set of tools for displaying and analyzing the stored information. It has been implemented using Oracle and SDE in the server side and ArcView GIS, MapObjects, and MapObjects Internet Map Server for the client applications.
