Electric Network Tracing: We Think It Should Be Round

Electric users attempting multiphase network analysis must look at the existing analysis "wheels" and determine fit. The City of Riverside in conjunction with Convergent Group reinvented the network wheel to solve the City's problem through the use of creative, out-of-the-box thinking. This paper explores the electric network problems experienced at the City and provides insights, techniques, and solutions developed employing AML and PL/SQL.
