This paper will describe the development and implementation of a parcel-based real estate GIS for St. Joe Corporation, located in Jacksonville, Florida. System implementation sequencing, remote access, database design, and application development strategies will be outlined. Overall system design philosophy will be discussed, with an emphasis on functionality, collaboration, and efficiency.
