Real Estate Information Management System

The Mitsubishi Trust and Banking Corporation of Japan utilizes different kinds of information on real estate activities at its over twenty branches. However, it was a time-consuming and slow process to manage the bulk of property related data for the whole country. Pasco developed a client/server system environment with fifteen workstations based on ArcInfo and Sybase on an IBM RS/6000 platform. The system efficiently handles real estate information for simultaneous display on residential maps. The system incorporates 8,000 listings and facilitates ease of use and quick service on a real-time basis.
