Map Updating with Imagery in the ArcView GIS Environment

This presentation will provide an overview to imagery-based map update and maintenance in the ArcView GIS environment. This will include an overview of available imagery, interpretability of aerial photography, satellite data, orthoimagery, and stereo imagery. Emphasis will be on project requirements, data flow, accuracy, and productivity. New hardware and software developments designed to facilitate image analysis and map updating will be reviewed.
