Watershed Analysis in British Columbia, Canada, Using an Automated ArcInfo Application
Steve WalkerThe Interior Watershed Assessment Procedure of the British Columbia Ministry of Forests was adapted into an ArcInfo AML-based model and successfully employed in the determination of the relative degree of forestry-related impacts to over 200 individual basins in the Merritt Forest District of southern-central British Columbia. Individual tools that make up the ARC/IWAP model are of generalized usefulness in watershed analysis regardless of location.
