GIS in the Community College: An Update on a Successful GIS Program
Prakash PhalkeGIS is one of the fastest growing fields of the 90s. CCSN has one of the unique and most successful community college-based GIS programs in the country. It was an NSF-sponsored project at Indiana State University to develop a model community college-based national GIS program. This presentation will present implementation and success of this unique program at the Community College of Southern Nevada.
