Integration of ArcView GIS with Oracle Paper Text

This paper describes a tool that was developed to fulfill USDA Forest Service application development needs. Maintenance of a GIS database combining ArcView GIS and Oracle technologies requires integration beyond that provided by the respective vendors. What's needed is the integration of the spatial and aspatial aspects of the data editing process. This need drove the creation of the GIS Integrator. The GIS Integrator is a developer tool that provides full control of ArcView GIS from any Oracle product.
