In countries like Qatar where privatization is pushing ahead, there is an ever increasing need for strategic and tactical information. "From where do I get material X?," "What is consumed in region Y?," and "Where should I locate my facility?" are the kind of questions to be answered frequently. The data warehouse is aimed at providing information to entrepreneurs, industry, policy makers, and the public. This paper describes the business geographic data warehouse model.
