Developing a Register of Stationary Emission Sources (RSES) in the Regional Informational Analytical System for Prevention of Dangerous Environmental Situations in Kyiv City

The Regional Informational Analytical System on prevention of dangerous environmental situations has been developed in Kyiv City since 1996. In the fourth stage the Register of Stationary Emission Sources (RSES) was created. It is considered a component of the general register of environmental hazardous pollution receipt and flow. RSES is a system of input, storage, and processing of information of the Atmosphere Protection Department of the State Environmental Safety Administration. The main goal of RSES is to create the necessary information base for an environmental risk management system in the field of air protection. RSES will include information about more than 3,000 enterprises, 100,000 emission sources, and four million emission values, with emission sources localization.
