Flexible GIS-Based Assessment Solutions To Support MRA Techniques

Visualization tools using GIS and Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA) techniques are powerful mass-appraisal modeling tools in the hands of trained assessors. This presentation will outline the benefits of integrating both within a flexible assessment software product covering GIS-based valuation trending, and easy third party software integration. Finally, this presentation will discuss the benefits of flexible MRA formula structures, allowing for scenario-based valuation testing.
