This network analysis module will analyze the network of roads that store information of traveling speed in different hours for each direction. Normally, the traveling speed patterns for many roads in each direction are varied such as slow in the morning, average at noon, and normal in the afternoon. Also, the traveling speed pattern of some roads is different on weekdays, Saturday, and Sunday. Mostly network analysis software uses only the static traveling speed for each section of road. This software will calculate the shortest traveling time between two locations. The user has to enter the starting time. This software is to demonstrate the ability of network analysis for variable traffic speed only, since in general it is difficult to find the variable traffic speed for each road.
