The basic theme of this presentation is the challenges of database development and management in a GIS environment when supplying data to 40 different data users in the community. The presentation will cover tasks that are being developed in the PAgis Group, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and the management that is needed with managing data for 40 departments. The presentation will focus on the critical path that starts long before the capture and conversion phases and the ArcInfo development by PAgis for all users and their applications. The presentation will focus on the PAgis effort to pull all city and County departments together.
