How ArcView GIS allows NIMA geospatial analysts the ability to answer a question (issue) quickly. ArcView GIS processes NIMA mapping, charting, and geodetic (MC&G) information to answer questions within a two-hour turnaround (from start to posting the answer on a Web site). The ArcView GIS extensions, along with the ability to write Avenue scripts, allow for quick import of MC&G data and collateral information. Once imported the data is modified to answer the question.
