The purpose of this presentation is to provide an overview of the development of a hydraulic analysis of the City's wastewater collection system, evaluation of improvement alternatives, and identification of a Long-Term CSO Control Plan. Special emphasis will be given to the issues related to data gathering, translation, and development of a GIS for sanitary sewer information to be used for inventory and modeling purposes. The benefits of using GIS technology and lessons learned will also be presented.
