The City of Rancho Cucamonga along with GIS Planning (Berkeley, CA) has created a MOIMS application called INside Rancho for our Redevelopment Agency. INside Rancho is available on the Internet and displays available business and commercial properties as well as properties open to development in order to help attract new businesses to the City. The application also allows brokers to update available properties online. These updates are immediately available. In addition to showing what properties are available, the user can search on property criteria by area and price. The query returns a report page with map, site picture, and data. The user also can also generate a demographic report for a 3,10,15 mile radius from the site.
