The Surveyor as Expert Witness - Disclosure Reports

This course will provide a thorough review of Rule 26 Disclosure reports regarding the preparation of the surveyor's expert report and testimonial process. The surveyor will be equipped with the knowledge of the rule, its impact upon the service provided, and the expectations of the parties for whom the report is generated. We will review the expert report specifically and discuss various formats which can be utilized to express the opinions concluded while providing full disclosure of the evidence used and the principles relied upon to reach the professional's conclusions.
