The business function and expertise of the users should dictate the form and content of the system and how different users will interact with it. In this presentation, we examine components of The GIS Business Suite and how they work together. These components run the gamut from simple display and query (ArcExplorer) to increasingly complex spatial analyses (Atlas GIS and ArcView GIS) to developer tools (MapObjects) --used in suite with common applications such as word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation software to address specific business objectives. |
