Infectious disaster control and monitoring are very important in the public health office. When infectious disasters occur, traditionally we use maps and paint patient sites on the map and build patient base data by computer. But this method cannot build the link between patient base data and spatial data, so this paper will bring up a new method. We used a GIS to build an infectious disaster management system that provided management, analysis, and print functions. We can provide information by the Internet, and the user can use a browser (such as Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator) to capture infectious disaster information.
