Abstract
Perl/CGI Tools for Site License ManagementTrack: Universities and Higher Education

This paper will introduce a Perl/CGI-based set of tools to help higher educational institution site license managers collect data from clients. One tool collects keycode/license data via the Web and informs the site license manager via e-mail. The other tool helps manage Virtual Campus enrollment requests, using similar scripts.
