Abstract
Role of GIS in Business Process at LEMA Company

LEMA Company has utilized GIS for the last two years for the management of water and wastewater networks within the Greater Amman area. The use of GIS has had several main objectives including increasing work efficiency, performing GIS-based analysis, achieving a higher level of data accuracy, compatibility, and completeness, improving services provided to customers, and increasing revenue. This presentation describes what has been accomplished concerning these objectives.
