Abstract
Implementing GIS Solutions with the FAA
Track: Federal Government Systems

This paper and presentation will describe applications that CGH has developed to assist the FAA with some of their unique needs for information about resources that are geographically dispersed. The applications integrate spatial and tabular data and range from resource utilization and fee for service models, site selection programs that enable the user to determine if a proposed building is allowable within the airport, environmental safety information systems, Web-based management systems to infrastructure management systems. These Web-based and stand-alone applications all have been created using Esri products that include ArcView, MapObjects, and MapOjects IMS.
