Credit Union of TExas, formerly Dallas Teachers Credit Union, a full-service credit union with more than 136,000 members, uses IBM and business intelligence solutions with Esri's Business Analyst to effeciently plan for growth and improve business presentations. Jerry Thompson, senior vice president and chief information officer said combining the strengths of IBM's business intelligence software and Business Analyst allows for efficient planning for branch locations and billboard placement while adding impressive visual tools to business presentations. With a growing customer base, the Credit Union of Texas builds about two new locations per year. "Effective planning has to go into place to make sure those locations generate enough customer traffic and revenue to warrant the construction and staffing expense. This presentation presents those results.
