Abstract
Prediction of Atmosphere Pollution in Kiev During Unfavorable Weather Conditions

This abstract presents the use of GIS as prediction of atmosphere pollution in cities during unfavorable weather conditions. The system of the prognostication was elaborated for decision making of State Environmental Administration in Kiev. As a consequence of the given work were made prognostic maps of pollution with NO2, CO and CnH2n+2 from stationary and mobile emission sources. The given maps were designed for different weather conditions (for example season, wind rose, etc.) and different emission sources (for example cold / warm, high / low, etc.). Areas with the peak levels of concentration were outlined and described. The results of the given work will be used for planing territorial development, control and also for improvement of atmospheric monitoring systems.
