Explore... San Mateo is a GIS application available on the City of San Mateo website at www.cityofsanmateo.org. The application is designed to provide site-selection assistance through a comprehensive database of information. Users can look up commercial property information and/or query for available commercial space in San Mateo. The underlying database links together data from several sources allowing available site information entered by brokers (size, address, lease price/term, broker to contact) to be linked to building and parcel data, maps, photographs, business lists, demographic and consumer expenditure reports, and commercial area descriptions and economic statistics.
