Abstract
Integrating Sewer Modeling with GIS
Track: Water Distribution, Wastewater, and Stormwater

This paper presents the development of a GIS package for use in the analysis, design, and management of storm and sanitary sewer systems. The software guides sewer network design and analysis in response to various prescribed loading conditions and accommodation of new extensions. The interactive graphical interface is developed using MapObjects technology and provides an informative structured framework for sewer network model construction, analysis, and results presentation. Applications are presented and conclusions are stated.
