AbstractLeveraging GIS in a Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Study in Cleveland Track: Water Distribution, Wastewater, and Stormwater Author(s): Jeffrey Duke, Michael D. Witwer This paper presents the GIS system implemented for the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD) Southerly CSO Study in Cleveland, Ohio. ArcInfo, ArcView, ArcView Spatial Analyst, ArcView 3D Analyst, and ArcSDE were integrated with Oracle 8i to manage the project data. The sewer system network was created using ArcInfo and ArcView GIS linked to Oracle via ArcSDE. Parameter development for storm water runoff was automated using ArcView Spatial Analyst and ArcView 3D Analyst. Data views in Oracle were established to create input files to the MOUSE hydraulic model and to link model output and modifications back to the GIS for visualization and analysis. Michael D.
