Abstract
ArcInfo 8 Geodatabase Models for Analytical Data ProductsTrack: Defense and Intelligence

The Army's Combat Terrain Information Systems (CTIS) program is creating ArcInfo geodatabase models for a variety of tactical decision aid products generated by the Digital Topographic Support System (DTSS). By utilizing data models for these analytical products, further analysis can be performed using the standard data query and topographic analysis functions. Building on the achievements of creating models for importing and using National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA) Vector Product Format (VPF), DTSS has developed the data models for these analytical products. This presentation will focus on the process of modeling output products from DTSS into the geodatabase object format.
